FIFA 15 is set to feature completely different visuals and a revamped lighting engine for a more realistic gameplay. FIFA 15 provides an overall immersive experience as several visual enhancement gives the game a realistic appearance. EA sports is also set to reveal more trailers relating to players emotions and user control in the coming days.
“From the most realistic players ever created in a FIFA title, to fully realized arenas with living pitches, this year we’ve bought a whole new level of visuals to the game,” said Nick Channon, Senor Producer on FIFA 15.
Apart from the realistic animations, EA sports has added kit animations that will create mud and grass stains each time the player does a tackle. The pitch is also prone to degradation during the course of the gameplay that will leave boot marks and a wet weather will cause spray effects from a players boot. Fixed occurrences where the player would be unable to progress at the end of a FUT match due to the post-match menus not appearing.
Soccer may not be our national sport, but when it comes to sporting videogames it appears that EA's FIFA series suffers no rivals. “That makes it really hard to make that pass to him, very rarely will a lobbed through ball work – but that’s exactly what you can in FIFA.”
It looks like there has been an incredible amount of detail crammed into the graphical rendering in the game. Not only do the players look a hell of a lot like their real-life counterparts, but the development studio has also implemented visible breathing, hair movement, realistic kit physics that sees players kit lit and moving in a hyper-real manner, and wear and tear such as mud and grass stains.
Either way, the visuals of Fifa 15 are looking pretty impressive, so it seems like EA’s yearly outing could dazzle us in the graphical stakes at least. You can compare them to the recently released screenshots of PES 2015 by checking out those shots here.
