Horizon Stories are multi-chapter campaigns that let you take a few cars for a spin and task you with beating certain times or achieving a score objective. You will be given a vintage racing car and all you have to do is reach the destination within the time limit. In the recent update, it has been changed to 40 Forzathon points which is rather expensive, considering it's hard to earn these points.

Blueprint Creator has been updated to allow you to use custom routes.
Create custom routes of up to 40 miles from any Asphalt, Dirt or Cross-Country Event starting location.
Draw the custom route by driving your car, and place checkpoints anywhere you want to.
A raft of bug fixes will also be implemented in the update, including a much-needed fix for occasional loss of progress on the daily and weekly Forzathon challenges. There was no indication of when it'll be fixed, but the team is now aware and will be working on getting it sorted out. It should be ready for the next update, whenever that ends up being. Outside of new content, the patch is also adding a quit button in Team Adventure, and increasing the quality of trees and grass at a distance on PC when using the extreme preset.
