FIFA 17 is released just half a month ago, and we are still in the surprise of FIFA 17. There are a lof of new in FIFA 17. The new frostbite engine, the new story mode, the new career mode, the new gameplay of Ultimate Team, the new active intelligence system, the new set piece rewrite and so on. In the first week of FIFA 17 in UK, it broke the record of FIFA 13 and defeated its drastic rival PES 2017. From Oct 21st to Oct 28th, there's 23 Ultimate Scream players available in packs with upgraded ratings as unique items.

Then during the Halloween period (Oct 28 – Nov 1) these players will “come alive” with a ratings boosts, making them utterly terrifying. Such as having 91 rated, 80 pace Mertesacker, or a 95 rated Payet with 92 pace, 94 dribbling and 94 passing. These unique themed rewards include an Ultimate Scream themed kit and several position change versions of select Ultimate Scream players.
