World of Warcraft Classic started out as such a wholesome and nostalgic experience for fans of the series. But once the PvP Honor System went live, this, ironically, all changed. It led to players starting new characters on different servers – often PvE servers. Having spotted an opportunity to make money, Blizzard has just released WoW Classic Paid Character Transfers.
A Paid Character Transfer will set you back $25. This seems like a hefty price to pay just to relocate one character to a different realm within your region. Your $25 will let you transfer a level 1 to 30 character with up to 100 gold. A character between levels 31 and 50 can transfer with 500 gold. And a character over level 51 (up to the max level of 60) can transfer with up to 2,000 gold. And if you want to

There are a few more limitations you should keep in mind when looking to transfer. Each transfer has a ninety-day cooldown. Additionally, a character cannot transfer from a PvE realm to a PvP realm, or from an RP realm to an RP-PvP realm. Not that anyone would want to do that with WoW Classic in its current state.
You cannot transfer a character from one Blizzard account to another. This may be frustrating, but as someone who has gotten their account stolen a couple of times, I understand why you can’t just transfer characters from one account to another.
As such, you will only be able to transfer a character to different realms. This may have been more useful when World of Warcraft Classic initially launched back in August, considering the number of realms were being filled. But, better late than never I suppose.
