Attacking play was what FIFA focused on last year. It wasn’t necessarily the most realistic experience despite it creating fast and hectic matches. In most situations, the advantage was with the team in attack and the midfield could be bypassed entirely. That imbalance is what FIFA 16 is looking to address this. In addition to improvements in the core systems, there are also some bigger innovations. These include the introduction of women’s football teams and the FIFA trainer. The former making FIFA 16 the most accessible entry in the series so far. It is tricky to get goalkeepers right. Although they are not wanted to be perfect, able to save every single goal, they are also expected to save most of the sensible attacks on goal. Since the switch to PS4 and Xbox One, FIFA has done a lot of work to improve its keepers.
However, when dealing with situations that won’t worry most goalkeepers in real life, they still ran into problems. For example, when there’s a shot from distance, goalies in FIFA 16 are no longer caught off guard. That’s because, while keeping an eye on the ball, they can now backpedal. Some of those freaky long-range efforts that would’ve sneaked in last year are thus eliminated. News of 12 international women’s teams being included for the first time in the series came with the announcement for FIFA 16. It’s something the team has been working on for quite a while, and it really is about time. How much work it takes to animate female characters has been debated on over the last couple of years.
Making sure its female players aren’t re-dressed models stolen from elsewhere in the game is what the FIFA team has been extensively working on. To represent female anatomy accurately, the models have been created from scratch. Press down and hold the L1/LB button on the controller to trigger No Touch Dribbling. Once initiated, the player with possession of the ball will create a bit of space by momentarily stepping away. Flicking the left analog in different angles will result to the player in possession of the ball will shifting his body in that particular direction. Likewise, in the hopes of tricking the defender, the player can also twist his ankle in a particular direction. If timed correctly, the defender goes one way in a misdirection, while the player goes the other way with the ball.
Since objectives are specific for each game, they will not be related to FIFA 16. How experienced you are in the FIFA universe is determined by the XP leveling system. Basically, the XP you will have at the time will be maintained on FIFA 16 regardless of game mode, platform, or the game as its own. You can also earn XP by going back to FIFA 15. It is shown below your ID, on the superior right corner of the screen. Since XP will allow you to have access to several EASFC Catalogue items that newbies don’t, maintaining your XP will provide some advantage. It’s not too intrusive on screen and it’s really useful for players who can’t be bothered to study the instructions - or those who played PES for years, and so end up continually hitting long pass rather than shoot when they’re several yards clear in front of an open goal. Obviously that never happens to me. No way.
For this Specialty, you need 75 Heading and 85 Finishing. You need this Specialty or Clinical Finishing to be able to become a Complete Forward. However, do note that a player cannot have both Poacher and Engine at the same time. You need to have 80 Long Shot and 86 Finishing to be able to acquire this Specialty. These strikes can easily finish off with merely one strike and should be on your Wingers or Attacking Midfielders. Full FIFA has compiled a complete go-to guide for countering formations in FIFA 16.
